Fun Run/Walk for Stress Management Awareness™  Virtual Race Dates: September 16th - October 16th, 2021​


The Stress Management Institute for Health and Fitness Professionals™ invites you to participate in the 2021 Fun Run / Walk for Stress Management Awareness™  between September 16th and October 16th, 2021. This event is for anyone who has purchased a ticket to one of our events as it is included in the ticket price. You must register for this event in order to participate.

When you register choose which race you would like to participate in. You can choose from a 5K  or 10K walk or run. The individuals who finish in first, second, or third place will receive a race-winner certificate. Everyone else will receive a certificate of completion. ​racing conditions will vary and the awards are given on the honor system. Please be honest when submitting your times to us. Final results must be submitted to us by 8:00 p.m. EST on October 16th, 2021

How Do I Participate?

Our Fun Run / Walk for Stress Management Awareness™ allows participants to complete the race on their own, at any time they choose between September 16th and October 16th, 2021. Each individual can run or walk wherever they choose and go at their own pace. Some examples of safe race locations would be parks, running trails, or the treadmill in your home. Participants can complete their race, submit their results, and share photos on social media if they

would like to and tag us.

Follow these steps to participate in this race:

Before Your 5K or 10K race:

  • Choose your race! Choose whether you would like to participate in the 5K or 10K walk or run.

  • Decide where you would like to complete your race. 

  • Type your name and download your race bib.


  • Tell family and friends so they can support you!

Complete the race you chose by October 16th, 2021.

  • Pin on your paper bib that you printed out​

  • Accurately record the distance and duration of your run by using a tracking device or mobile app of your choosing.

  • Take a photo of your smart device or app for proof of time and distance.

  • Finally, submit your results via email to by October 16th, 2021!
